2. Shipping Charges

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, deliveries take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistics disruptions. Any major delays will be communicated promptly.

5. Delivery Attempts

Unavailable Recipient: If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After this, the order may be returned to Hot Off Wardrobe, and re-delivery charges could apply.

Incorrect Address: Hot Off Wardrobe is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Modifications: Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address or order items cannot be made.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests are not accepted once processing has begun.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to origin due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, our team will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
