At Hot Off Wardrobe, we aim to ensure a smooth, dependable, and transparent delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process in detail, including shipping coverage, timelines, charges, and order tracking.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Delivery Locations: We currently ship orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Pincode Verification: Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm service availability.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping across India.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee may apply based on order value and delivery location. The final charge will be shown during checkout.

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders above INR 649 qualify for free shipping within India.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, deliveries take approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistics disruptions. Any major delays will be communicated promptly.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time through our courier partner.

  • Shipment Updates: Regular updates will be provided. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us for assistance.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Unavailable Recipient: If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. After this, the order may be returned to Hot Off Wardrobe, and re-delivery charges could apply.

  • Incorrect Address: Hot Off Wardrobe is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Modifications: Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address or order items cannot be made.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests are not accepted once processing has begun.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with our courier partner and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to origin due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, our team will reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
